Rosemary’s Greek Easter Sunday Lunch:-)

My Mom-in-law, Rosemary (whom is an expert at cooking and baking) invited us over for her renowned Greek Sunday Easter lunch on the 12th.of April.

The meat mains were: Delicious garlic & herb roast lamb and potatoes as well as beef cooked in red wine, served with a mushroom gravy.

The meat mains were accompanied by rice with spinach, cheese pie, mixed veggies and Greek salad!-say no more.

Each guest received an Easter “tsourekia” sweet bread as well as a packet of  “kourabiades” shortbread cookies and off course these were all home baked by Rosemary.

Uncle Graham ( mom Rosemary’s brother ) brought his record player along and treated us to fabulous nostalgic tunes from days gone by…. so Demetri and Nicole took to the opportunity and tested out some cool dance moves!

Hubby Angelo, Christopher, Elbie and myself decided to just enjoy the ambience 🙂
